Glen Pitruzzello brings more than 30 years experience in workers' compensation insurance to WellRIthms’ leadership team. Prior to joining WellRithms in 2022, he was an executive at A.I.M. Mutual Insurance Companies, responsible for claim operations throughout New England.

Glen began his insurance career as an actuary with The Hartford Financial Services Group specializing in workers’ compensation and providing cutting-edge analysis of data that helped propel The Hartford to a leader position in that line of business.  In 2005, he became Vice President of Workers' Compensation and Group Benefits Claim Strategy and Clinical Operations with The Hartford, a position he held for 11 years.  During that time Glen developed innovative solutions to improve claim outcomes and the lives of injured workers.  After The Hartford, he joined AmTrust Financial Services as Vice President of Claim Strategy.

Glen holds a B.S. in Mathematics and Actuarial Science from the University of Connecticut and is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society.
