Senior Full Stack Engineer

General Purpose

WellRithms is seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to tackle complex software engineering challenges that support our core operational workflows. This role will maintain and enhance our existing .NET-based application suite while actively contributing to the evolution toward a modern, scalable, and maintainable TypeScript-based architecture. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business partners to ensure our systems are efficient, reliable, and built to scale. The ideal candidate brings strong .NET expertise, familiarity with modern frameworks, the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and a proactive mindset for improving systems in a fast-paced environment.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance the existing suite of operational systems using .NET and AWS technologies.
  • Lead the development and implementation of a modern TypeScript-based application.
  • Utilize modern development frameworks to build scalable and maintainable solutions.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all code and systems to facilitate ease of understanding and maintenance.
  • Produce technical documentation and diagrams to fulfill compliance requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with multiple peers and cross-functional partners.
  • Collaborate with other developers as a team along with architects, QA, and project managers.
  • Analyze and visualize how emerging technologies could benefit our infrastructure and code.
  • Ensure application quality and performance through testing and code reviews.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in software development.

Qualifications

  • B.S. Computer Science degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and and React/Next.js.
  • Experience developing with AWS products, including Lambda, Aurora MySQL, DynamoDB, and S3.
  • Experience in architecting scalable, secure, installed, and cloud-based applications.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
  • Experience with MVC, Razor, JavaScript, and Blazor components is preferred.
  • Experience with cloud-based data solutions (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, NoSQL databases, and data warehousing solutions is preferred.
  • Experience developing in Business Intelligence platforms such as Quicksight, Power BI, and Tableau is preferred.
  • Experience working in healthcare technology or a regulated industry is a plus.
  • Experience building HIPAA-compliant software is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.

 

Location: Hybrid or Remote

Classification: Salary Exempt

Status: Full-time Regular

Salary Range: $140,000 – $155,000 annually
