Since joining WellRithms in 2018, Anna Quarum has taken roles of increasing responsibility to build the operational infrastructure supporting rapid growth. In 2020, she began leading the sales and marketing team that drove revenue growth more than tenfold.  Upon taking over the role of Chief Operations Officer in 2021, she was tasked with compliance oversight and the rollout of an insurance captive, creating a distinctive competitive advantage for the company.  In 2023, she successfully launched AudxGuard, an innovative health plan compliance and claims data audit firm to support health plans in proactively responding to recent Consolidated Appropriations Act 2021 reporting requirements.

Her broad professional experiences include elementary education, chaplaincy, and property management. She has volunteered with Meals on Wheels, hospice services, private school boards, and relief efforts for South Sudan and Vanuatu.

 

Anna holds a BS in Food Service Management and Business from Liberty University, a Masters of Arts in Teaching from George Fox University, a Masters in Biblical and Theological Studies from Western Seminary and is a certified life coach from the International Coaching Federation.  Anna enjoys connecting with close friends in meaningful conversations on long power walks.
