Our Culture
We’re driven by a shared purpose
The WellRithms team is made up of passionate, innovative, driven people who share a vision of transforming a broken system for the benefit of all.
We embrace a set of core values that have guided us from our founding in 2016:
Enough is enough
American healthcare is broken, and we’re committed to ridding the system of deception and serving as a catalyst for positive change.
Untangle the web
The industry’s complexity is challenging so we’re dedicated to communicating in understandable human terms.
Advocate for integrity
We don’t pick sides. We simply believe in fair pricing, period.
Innovation brings creation
We innovate continuously to improve our expertise by challenging the status quo—transforming today in pursuit of a more just system for all.
