Marketing and Graphic Design Assistant

General Purpose

As the Marketing and Graphic Design Assistant, you will be instrumental in elevating WellRithms’ market position and authority in medical payment integrity services. Your task will be to engage potential clients with compelling content, strengthening our brand and sales pipeline. This position offers a unique opportunity for you to shape the market-facing content, tools, and assets of a rapidly expanding company and distribute them to our internal stakeholders and target markets. You will report to the Creative Director.

Shield Customer Service Specialist

General Purpose

The Shield Customer Service Specialist position is an administrative customer service role reporting directly to the Manager of the Shield program.  The Shield CSS position requires the ability to communicate effectively with medical providers, customers, and members of group health plans via email, facsimile, and telephone.  Additionally, this position tracks and documents inquiries and email/fax correspondence and routinely follows up on all outstanding claim/bill files.
