Data Analyst
General Purpose
We’re looking for a sharp and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a data detective with proven experience of uncovering hidden data insights and patterns and communicating them to stakeholders with compelling storytelling. This role plays a key part in identifying cost-saving opportunities and improving claim accuracy across group health and worker’s compensation plans. Data Analyst brings hands-on experience with healthcare claims data, strong technical skills (SQL, Python, PowerBI), and a passion for improving healthcare. This role will report to the Senior Director of Data Science.
Senior Machine Learning Engineer
General Purpose
We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer who wants to use Artificial Intelligence, including Generative AI, to fix a broken healthcare system for the benefit of all. The ideal candidate possesses a strong foundation in machine learning frameworks, experience working with healthcare data, and the ability to build scalable AI-driven solutions. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working cross-functionally to develop and deploy cutting-edge models that enhance billing accuracy, identify fraud, and contribute to the development of new AI-powered products.
Associate Medical Director
General Purpose
We are seeking an Associate Medical Director with a background in surgery to join our medical bill review company. In this role, you will provide clinical expertise in reviewing medical claims, ensuring accuracy in billing, and collaborating with internal teams to maintain high standards of payment integrity. In addition to having appropriate surgical knowledge and experience, we are seeking candidates who are confident and have a willingness to learn. Good communication skills and ability to work with others outside of the medical review department are essential. You will report to the Chief Medical Officer.
Shield Customer Service Representative
General Purpose
The Shield Customer Service Representative position is an administrative customer service role reporting directly to the Manager of the Shield program. The Shield CSR position requires the ability to communicate effectively with medical providers, customers, and members of group health plans via email, facsimile, and telephone. Additionally, this position tracks and documents inquiries and email/fax correspondence, and routinely follows up on all outstanding claim and bill files.
