IT Systems & Support Engineer

General Purpose

Our ideal candidate is a hands-on IT professional who excels in a role blending IT support and systems administration. You will ensure reliable operation, security, and performance of internal systems, cloud infrastructure, and end-user devices, while managing user access, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting onboarding and offboarding processes. Playing a key role in maintaining security and compliance—particularly with HIPAA, SOC, and HITRUST standards—is central to this position. In-House Counsel (Missouri)

General Purpose

WellRithms is looking to add a talented and experienced In-house Counsel to our expanding Workers’ Compensation team.  The In-House Counsel will manage and oversee workers’ compensation claims and handle various litigation matters for the company. The role is primarily remote; however, the In-house Counsel must be flexible to manage travel schedules and attend to in-person requirements, ensuring that the case is represented professionally and effectively. The In-house Counsel will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

General Purpose

We are seeking a seasoned professional with proven experience managing attorneys and legal counsel, coupled with a deep understanding of litigation strategy—particularly within the workers’ compensation space. As the Workers’ Compensation Counsel, you excel at navigating and adapting to different regulations, processes, and proceedings across multiple states. You understand medical reimbursement in workers’ compensation and use that knowledge to drive efficient, compliant case resolution. You bring agility, insight, and leadership to thrive in a dynamic legal and regulatory environment. In this role, you will report to the Chief Executive Officer.

You’ll own the research, interpretation, and maintenance of complex fee schedule requirements—playing a critical role in driving compliance and operational accuracy across the organization. From communicating regulatory updates with clarity to supporting system testing and partnering with tech teams to automate integrations, your work will directly impact the efficiency and reliability of our processes. You’re detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at turning complex regulations into clear, actionable guidance. With strong knowledge of healthcare billing codes and reimbursement rules, you thrive in cross-functional teams and take pride in keeping systems accurate and compliant.
