After graduating from Oregon Health Sciences University, completing a fellowship in neuropharmacology at Vollum Institute of Advanced Biomedical Research, serving on the board for the Portland Rescue Mission for over 20 years, and founding Qmedtrix, Dr. Quarum founded WellRithms. As an expert in medical reimbursement and a legal expert with courtroom experience, he leads WellRithms in its mission to simplify payor and reimbursement models, having created the first integrated utilization management/bill review system.

Glen Pitruzzello
Chief Operating Officer
After graduating from the University of Connecticut with a B.S. in Mathematics and Actuarial Science, Glen Pitruzzello spent over 30 years working in workers’ compensation insurance, starting as an actuary at The Hartford Financial Services Group. Known for his analytical thinking, Glen focuses on data analytics within workers’ compensation to find better solutions for claim outcomes.

Meghan brings a fresh, creative perspective to the world of finance, holding dual degrees from Washington State University in Fine Arts and Accounting. With over 15 years in finance, she put those degrees to work, serving in various roles in the healthcare and auditing sectors. With WellRithms, Meghan uses her specialization in healthcare finance to make healthcare more transparent and cost-effective.

Kelvin Yip

As Chief Revenue Officer Kelvin leads the charge in revolutionizing healthcare billing transparency and accountability through innovative AI solutions. With a commitment to transforming complex billing systems into clear, fair, and actionable processes, Kelvin brings a wealth of expertise in datadriven strategy and product development.
Before joining WellRithms, Kelvin served as Global Vice President of Product Management and other roles at Nike. Here, he led cutting-edge initiatives to elevate customer experiences and drive global product innovation and apply advanced data analytics to inform strategic decisions.

Jesse Ngyuen
Chief Medical Officer
After earning his medical degree from Texas Tech University and completing surgical training at the University of Arizona and Mayo Clinic, Dr. Jesse Nguyen built a strong foundation in general surgery and medical research. He joined WellRithms in 2021, bringing his expertise in evidence-based medical review to ensure fair, transparent, and accurate provider payments. Now, as Chief Medical Officer, he leads the medical review team in identifying and eliminating excessive billing.
