Director of Implementations
General Purpose
The Director of Implementations is responsible for overseeing the comprehensive implementation of new Workers’ Compensation bill review clients. This position ensures operational preparedness, accurate system configuration—including Harmony/Melody testing cycles—integration reliability, workflow optimization, and a seamless transition to Account Management. The role manages project governance, facilitates cross-functional collaboration, directs client onboarding and testing activities, ensures compliance, and drives the execution of efficient and scalable implementation procedures that support continued growth within Bill Review, Shield, and Account Management.
In-House Counsel (Missouri)
General Purpose
WellRithms is looking to add a talented and experienced In-house Counsel to our expanding Workers’ Compensation team. The In-House Counsel will manage and oversee workers’ compensation claims and handle various litigation matters for the company. The role is primarily remote; however, the In-house Counsel must be flexible to manage travel schedules and attend to in-person requirements, ensuring that the case is represented professionally and effectively. The In-house Counsel will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
Senior UX/UI Designer
General Purpose
We’re seeking an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to help shape intuitive, user-centered experiences across our healthcare payment integrity platforms. In this role, you’ll translate complex workflows into clear, efficient interfaces while collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders. You’ll lead design efforts from discovery through execution, ensuring solutions align with user needs, regulatory requirements, and business goals. Your work will directly support our mission to bring clarity, accuracy, and innovation to healthcare.
Senior Full Stack Engineer
General Purpose
WellRithms is seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to tackle complex software engineering challenges that support our core operational workflows. This role will maintain and enhance our existing .NET-based application suite while actively contributing to the evolution toward a modern, scalable, and maintainable TypeScript-based architecture. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business partners to ensure our systems are efficient, reliable, and built to scale. The ideal candidate brings strong .NET expertise, familiarity with modern frameworks, the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and a proactive mindset for improving systems in a fast-paced environment.
Associate Medical Director
General Purpose
We are seeking an Associate Medical Director with a background in surgery to join our medical bill review company. In this role, you will provide clinical expertise in reviewing medical claims, ensuring accuracy in billing, and collaborating with internal teams to maintain high standards of payment integrity. In addition to having appropriate surgical knowledge and experience, we are seeking candidates who are confident and have a willingness to learn. Good communication skills and ability to work with others outside of the medical review department are essential. You will report to the Chief Medical Officer.

As the Vice President of Strategic Sales, you excel at converting complex, high-value opportunities across private and public sectors into loyal clients. This role demands mastery in managing C-suite relationships, navigating multi-party organizations, and leading data-driven, multi-million-dollar negotiations. If you thrive in high-impact environments and consistently turn resistance into revenue, we want you on our team. This role will report to the General Manager of Workers’ Compensation (Comp42).
Chief Operating Officer

The COO is responsible for driving operational excellence across the organization, ensuring seamless execution of strategy and measurable impact on client outcomes. The role requires leadership at the intersection of healthcare operations and technology, with a focus on leveraging data, automation, and AI to scale processes and optimize efficiency. The COO partners closely with technology, sales, and client-facing teams to ensure our platforms and services deliver measurable value to customers.
Workers’ Compensation Counsel
General Purpose
We are seeking a seasoned professional with proven experience managing attorneys and legal counsel, coupled with a deep understanding of litigation strategy—particularly within the workers’ compensation space. As the Workers’ Compensation Counsel, you excel at navigating and adapting to different regulations, processes, and proceedings across multiple states. You understand medical reimbursement in workers’ compensation and use that knowledge to drive efficient, compliant case resolution. You bring agility, insight, and leadership to thrive in a dynamic legal and regulatory environment. In this role, you will report to the Chief Executive Officer.
